What is AICO Tutorial….?
While we were looking for how computer science can be used for new
innovations in education, we found that students face so many problems in Information Technology . So we thought that it would be better to build a web based tutorial system to help student to overcome these
problems.
Our main goal is Creating a web based tutorial system
which helps students to teach them about information technology with following topics
- Programming Using Java.
- Programming Using C++.
- Programming Using C#.
- Web Development Using HTML.
- Networking Technologies.
- Database Management Systems
We found that there are rural schools in Sri Lanka which haven't computers and resource persons who know about Information Technology.Lots of students haven't basic knowledge about Information Technology.But there is a subject called ICT in O/L syllabus. Sometimes students face problems to get a proper knowledge when following that subject.Sometimes they have to pay for higher prices to tuition. So we decide to develop a web based tutorial system to guide those students.
There are students who get selected for the computer science, IS, ICT, IT courses in universities to do their higher education. Some students may not have sound understand about the subjects that they are going to follow in the university. Our second target is to provide basic education to those students.

How we are going to do this project?
We hope to discuss with each party who contributes to the project and among group members to take decisions according to the code of ethics. Hope to manage critical situations with reference to ACM code of conduct.The main deliverable of our System

- 3 blogs which separately describe how the ethical issues of the project are solved using the code of ethics(Each blog separately maintained by individual member)
