7.05 Give a fair hearing to the opinions, concerns or complaints of a colleague. 

Since our team is have only three members it was very important when we work as a team. If we need to be succeeded we should follow principals of team works.

We all have same privileges to take decisions. Before we take decisions opinions of all members are considered. If there are conflicts then we discussed with experts. They helped us to take the correct decision.

We maintained a Google group to report complaints. Sometimes member can’t do complaints directly. Then we all considered about those complaints and found about them

Stack over flow and other related communities helped us to solve conflicts among us.

It was very important to keep a good communication among members since we worked as team. As well as collaboration, equality, fairness, respect to each other’s and so on. Somebody had new ideas. We listened to them and choose the best solution. Somebody disagree with us.

After planning each step we discussed with all our members.
