3.05 Ensure an appropriate method is used for any project on which they work or propose to work

                Before us starting the project we have some idea about the requirements .But we haven’t found all requirements. Our main challenge was to identify the correct development methodology.

We have with us the idea about two methodologies. One is Incremental  Development and other one is waterfall Development. Then we discussed with one of our lecturer to clarify this. Since there is no any most important part in the system Incremental Development is not good .so we understood water fall development is better.

Then we had the problem that whether our decision is correct or not. To be ensured that we had to get the assistance of experts. They observed the progress of our project in first  week .Then they recommended that waterfall as a fine one for our project.

We didn’t use any method as our wish. We ensured whether the method using is appropriate for the project.
