8.04 improve their ability to produce accurate, informative and well written documentation

                Documentation part was very important and compulsory for all members since without documentation it is very difficult to accommodate arising requirements, maintenance and so on. When it comes to group development it is very much needed.

For each component we developed, we prepared documentations. At the beginning it was felt as a burden, but when it comes to do modifications, documentation really helped.

We used following  ISO standards for software user documentations.

We used Madcap Software as our documentation tool. It was very flexible and helped us to write accurate well structured documentations.
