7.02. Assist colleagues in professional development.

Professional development of all team members was a key purpose we expected. Some of our members were having difficulties to discuss with end users, presenting things and English problems. So we used English as our main communication language.It helped them to improve their English knowledge.Especially we learnt how to discuss with peers in English.

Everyone got an opportunity to discuss with end users. That helped them to learn how to identify, capture requirements.

We had to demonstrate our product to some schools. So every member got the opportunity to do presentations. So it was a very good opportunity to develop our presentation skills.
