3.08 Ensure that specifications for software on which they work have been well documented. Satisfy the users’ requirements and have the appropriate approvals.

First we wrote a SRS document for the product we are going to develop. Here you can see our SRS document.

Then we selected 3 parties and the document was handed over to these 3 parties.

1. Software specialist

He considered about how much this product is feasible and how far end users like this. He showed us some places to be corrected. We documented accordingly.

2. School Teachers

They accepted our SRS and suggest doing it more user friendly since end users are students.Give us more details about the topics that we have to cover.

3. School students.

After considering suggestions from the above three parties we made some changes to our product. In order to this, we discussed with peers from other groups.

Then we deployed a prototype our product to a selected school with documentations. According to the feedback given by that school, we evolved that prototype until find all user requirements.
