7.01 Encourage colleagues to adhere to this code.

While we were working on the project we had to grow more good habits ourselves. It was very important to follow code of ethics among us.

At the beginning we haven’t known about those codes. So we tried follow our own ways. But after we were aware about these codes we made an agreement to follow this in any situation without going to find solutions using other ways.

Since all members followed this, more issues were solved using codes. I encouraged my colleagues around codes while explaining its advantages. So they adhere to them quickly and have used them while implementing. Actually this code helps us very much.

We read articles about this, how people have solved problems using this. Those articles encouraged us to adhere to this. While were developing we understood that it is easy to work with this. But at the beginning it felt as a burden.

We discussed with professional experts while we were developing to overcome difficulties found. They all recommended to work according to this and their solutions too were adhering to this. Those things motivated us to be with this throughout the project.
